SOCIAL MEDIA ADDICTION
Social media addiction can creep in subtly, often disguising itself as harmless scrolling.
Here are some warning signs to watch out for:
— Constant Checking: Feeling an urge to check notifications or feed updates frequently, even in inappropriate situations.
— Neglecting Responsibilities: Ignoring work, school, or personal tasks because of excessive social media use.
— Mood Dependence: Feeling anxious, restless, or irritable when unable to access social media.
— Sleep Disruptions: Staying up late scrolling, leading to fatigue and poor sleep quality.
Compulsive Posting: Feeling a strong need to share every aspect of your life online.
